Today we are Jedidiah. We are the beloved of God. We have peace. All the things God gave SOLOMON, is ours through Christ. Wisdom, riches, peace prosperity and the temple or the dwelling of the Almighty is our portion.
Are you still ashamed of who you were before the sacrifice of Christ, saved you? Then you need to understand that the fallen man, David, as ugly as he may have felt when realization dawned on him about his sin, he was still named David- which means beloved (Dawid – hebrew meaning Beloved). You are perfectly loved no matter how badly you feel about yourself. If you feel inclined to judge a fellow brother, sister or even your leaders for some of their failures, stop yourselves. God counts each of us worthy of His love and goodness.
If you think suffering, poverty, failure, sickness and disappointment is your portion because of your sins or the sins of generations before you, then you invalidate the sacrifice of Christ. David wasn’t forgiven based on his merit, neither was Jedidiah blessed based on his perfection. It was because the price for forgiveness and blessing was paid for in full by the innocent.
Do not be deceived. (James 1:16, 17, 18).
Do not fall back on your own ability. You are not blessed because you praised God or you fasted 40 days. You are not blessed because you tithed and checked all notions of religiosity. But one who looks intently at the perfect law, the law of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an effectual doer, this man will be blessed in what he does (James 1:25). The law of liberty dictates that you are, loved, healed, forgiven, restored in Christ. Look intently at the law of liberty daily.
